Job Description

Required:
Previous supervisory experience in a pediatric hospital or clinical setting.Preferred:
Five (5) years of previous management experience in a pediatric hospital or clinical setting. EducationRequired:
High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Specialized SkillsRequired:
Knowledge of JCAHO and DHS standards for clinical care. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.Preferred:
Knowledge of third-party payers including Medi-Cal/Cal-Optima and CCS LicensureRequired:
Occupational Therapist License- CA; Physical Therapist License
- CA; Speech Language Pathologist
- Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred:
Registered Nurse- CA (RN). Work Environments
