Manager, Quality Quality Manager

Salary Range:
$125,000 to $132,000 Annually Are you a quality-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys building processes from the ground up? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to support a brand-new, high-profile warehouse operation in Moreno Valley, California. This exciting start-up operation will run 24/7 and requires a strong leader who can develop, implement, and maintain quality processes that support operational success and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the site's quality culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner across departments to ensure operational excellence from day one. Be part of a major warehouse start-up from the beginning High visibility leadership role with growth opportunities Help design and implement quality processes and standards Collaborative environment with strong operational partnerships Opportunity to influence site culture and operational performance Fast-paced, technology-driven operation Join a growing global logistics leader What You'll Do Lead all onsite quality functions for a 24/7 warehouse operation Develop and implement quality processes, procedures, audits, and controls Monitor operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Partner with Operations, Inventory, Safety, HR, and Customer teams to drive quality performance Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with customer requirements, operational standards, and company policies Develop reporting and analytics to track KPIs and operational trends Coach and develop team members on quality expectations and best practices Support startup activities, process implementation, and operational stabilization What We're Looking For Quality leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience analyzing operational data and driving process improvements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting large-scale or multi-shift operations preferred Ability to influence operational teams and drive accountability Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred Experience in a start-up or high-growth operational environment strongly preferred Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools Bilingual Spanish is a plus Build the Future with DP World At DP World, we are transforming global logistics through innovation, operational excellence, and world-class customer partnerships. About the Role How you will contribute Manage and analyze data from customers and internal sources as input for problem solving and communicate/report to appropriate personnel. Interacts with staff within the location and within the Company and all customer and prospective customer representatives. Directly supervises Quality functions and staff across all shifts and provides consistent direction of the company's quality plans. Administer all projects and documentation relative to assigned processes (i.e. operator instructions, PFMEA's and process control plans). Develop and design irreversible corrective actions for known problems. Use established problem solving techniques to reduce process variation. Manage quality processes and reports

Champion Lean engineering goals. Includes being an aid in developing, implementing and maintaining a Lean culture within the organization using a hands-on approach in order to provide input on processes from a quality perspective. Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Quality System. Reports to Management on effectiveness of the Quality System. Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports; actively coach the organization concerning quality with tools and reports. Provide input on document enhancement and retention; Maintain ISO documentation and controls, administer activities required to maintain ISO certification, and actively coach the organization for maintaining ISO system. Other duties as assigned Your Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred. Progressive experience performing professional level quality management duties; preferably in automotive or logistics industry. Additional education, training and/or work experience in area of specialization inherent to the position may be required.
