Position Summary:
The F&B Manager, Revenue Growth Management acts as a business partner to the Commercial team supporting profitable growth through pricing execution, profitability analysis, business planning, reporting, and process improvement. In the near term, this role will lead key pricing activities, including pricing operations, pricing analysis, and support for customer negotiations. Over time, the role is expected to expand into broader commercial finance and business analysis responsibilities, including profitability management, planning, reporting, performance insights, and cross-functional projects. Your role Revenue Growth Management Drive the KPI/target‑setting process for the commercial team. Prepare recurring analyses related to pricing, revenue, gross profit, mix, and margin performance, and lead monthly sales reviews with senior leadership, providing insights on overall growth drivers, customer and territory performance, and pipeline health. Support business plans associated with customer negotiations. Work closely with the head of sales on internal business reviews, preparation for customer meetings, and special projects as requested. Analyze raw material cost changes and assess product/customer impact to support price‑increase recommendations and recovery actions. Partner with Cost Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial teams to identify and resolve cost and margin issues. Support development of action plans to improve profitability by customer, product, and business unit. Pricing and Commercial Support Manage day‑to‑day pricing activities, including accurate and timely maintenance of customer and product pricing in multiple ERP systems. Review and respond to pricing requests and pricing‑related issues from Business Support, Customer Service, and Commercial teams. Build pricing scenarios and financial cases to support customer negotiations, new business opportunities, and margin‑improvement initiatives. Provide pricing recommendations and guardrails aligned with category, customer, and profitability targets. Support first‑time production alerts, order‑related pricing issues, and affiliate/intercompany pricing requests as needed. Maintain pricing files, tools, and controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Planning, Reporting, and Business Performance Support budget, forecast, and business‑plan processes with pricing, volume, revenue, and margin assumptions. Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that improve visibility into business performance and support decision‑making. Perform bridge analyses across sales and P&L drivers, including price, volume, mix, raw materials, FX, and new business. Support territory, customer, and business reviews by identifying risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Contribute to ad hoc financial and commercial analyses for leadership. Process Improvement and Cross‑Functional Development Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting, controls, and cross‑functional ways of working. Strengthen pricing and commercial finance capabilities through documentation, training, and process standardization. Support automation, data mining, dashboarding, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Participate in broader finance and business projects, allowing the role to expand beyond pricing over time. Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
Candidate profile, minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance, financial audit, FP&A, pricing, profitability analysis, or business controlling. Strong Excel and data handling capability. Candidate profile, preferred Experience in manufacturing, food, ingredients, flavors, consumer goods, or other complex product-based environments preferred.
  • Experience with pricing processes, costing, margin analysis, and customer/product profitability strongly preferred.
  • SAP or other ERP experience preferred.

Pay Transparency Disclosure:
The expected annual salary range for this position is
USD 108500.00 - USD 135000.00.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
