Provide leadership and direction for corporate safety, industrial hygiene, and claims management to ensure a safe work environment, prevent occupational illness and accidents, control costs, minimize liability, and maintain full compliance with applicable rules and regulations.REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in industrial safety, industrial hygiene, or equivalent preferred.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Ten or more years or more of related experience. Experience should include progressively increasing responsibilities.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
This position will report regularly in person to Duluth, MN Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Professional safety certification preferred. Requires strong interpersonal skills to establish and sustain effective working relationships and to positively influence others on the value of adhering to safety standards and work practices. This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The expected annual compensation range for this position is $130,500 - $158,500. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
