Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager or Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our vibrant Seafoodboil resturant . This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth shift management, and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, proven management skills, and the ability to motivate and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure all activities align with our high standards of service and safety. Duties Lead and supervise team members across various shifts, ensuring seamless operations during nights, weekends, and special events Oversee guest services to deliver memorable experiences, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Manage the Team and money count , Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, cash handling, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations within the venue must travel for manager training we will pay for your hotel while in paid training Requirements manager experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns tactfully Strong report writing abilities for documenting shift activities and incident reports Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences!
