The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and compassionate manner Check insurance eligibility and assist with prior authorizations Answer phones, coordinate patient flow, and support front desk operations Accurately document and update information in the medical record system Qualifications Fluency in English and Mandarin is required Ability to speak Cantonese, Fujianese, or Spanish is a plus Availability to work some weekends is preferred High school diploma, GED, or higher is required Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Prior medical office or front desk experience is a plus How to Apply Please contact us by email to apply and with preferred location.
