Hours:

• 2nd shift
• 3:30p-12am may Train on 1st shift

Compensation:

• Pay $15.

00/hr Duties include: 1.

Assembly Operations:

• Perform assigned manual assembly operations, which may include poking, tin dip, twisting, or building sub-assemblies.
• Follow all process steps as detailed in the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Work Instructions for the job being run.
• Work efficiently as part of a team on the assembly line to maintain organized and continuous workflow.

Quality and Compliance:

• Read and correctly interpret the drawing provided for the job, including pin-outs, processes, and any special instructions, to ensure the assembly is built correctly.
• Understand the required quality standard and perform visual checks on components and completed work to ensure conformance
• Immediately notify the Manual Assembly Lead or Supervisor of any discrepancies in materials, drawings, or quality issues.
• Adhere to all line cleanliness standards and material control practices to prevent component cross-contamination.

Required experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, especially in manual assembly or electronics assembly, is a plus.
