Job Summary We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who can work across multiple areas of our sawmill and pallet mill operations. This role involves handling and stacking lumber, sorting material into the correct locations, and removing defective or unusable pieces as needed. Workers will also assist in pallet production by inspecting boards for quality issues and keeping material flowing into automated equipment. Successful applicants should be able to learn new tasks quickly, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers. The job requires attention to detail, the ability to recognize defects in lumber, and the physical capability to lift, stack, and move boards throughout the shift. Reliability, teamwork, and safe work habits are essential. Starting pay ranges from $15-$18 per hour depending on experience and performance.
