Responsibilities Set up and operate Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders and Drill Press to produce high quality parts according to specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations. Select and install tooling, fixtures and machine accessories as required. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Proven experience. Proficiency in programming, setting up, operations and troubleshooting. Knowledge of machining techniques, tools and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Attention to detail.
