COPY LINK link Adecco is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers for exciting roles with our client located in Waterbury, CT. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Weekly pay starts at $17.50-$20.00 per hour, with multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble sub-assemblies and final products using technical instructions
• Align, hold, and controlponents during assembly
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Perform cleaning, pressure testing, or minor repairs as needed
• Follow work orders, blues, and process sheets
• Track materials and maintain accurate production records
• Assist other assembly areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or related hands-on experience (or equivalent transferable skills)
• Ability to read blues and technical instructions with strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, torque tools)

Pay Details:
