Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for assisting with production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment Monitor production lines to ensure quality and productivity standards are met Load and unload materials and supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Perform routine quality checks and report defects or equipment issues Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Assist with general labor and other production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime when needed Why Join Us?
