Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in our Richburg, SC facility. In this position you are responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks in the Rolling Department. This role will assist on the shop floor to ensure production goals are met. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This position offers opportunity for growth through cross training and job rotations. Associate will perform the summarized jobs listed: Rod Blocks, Inspector, Receiving, Finishing End, Main Pulpit, Roll/Guide Shop, Roller, and Bar Mill I. Additional Responsibilities Assist with setting up machines Follow and implement all prescribed safety rules and regulations Basic Qualifications One (1) year of manufacturing experience Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Skills Basic computer skills Basic math skills Ability to read a tape measure We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
