Work Location:

Spartronics; 27 Hale Spring Rd; Plaistow, NH 03865 Shift Hours This is a 1st Shift position. Our work hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime, as needed. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Specialist, you'll support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products in a clean and organized manufacturing setting.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Building and assembling electronic and mechanical components Using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and production equipment Supporting cable, harness, and printed circuit board assembly Performing basic testing and inspection activities Following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures Reading diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation Using computers and manufacturing systems to support production Assisting with inventory and material handling activities Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Working closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals What You'll Learn At Spartronics, we invest in employee growth and technical development. Required Qualifications:

Education- High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation Flexibility to support overtime or schedule changes when needed Preferred Experience (Not Required): Manufacturing or production experience Electronics assembly experience Soldering experience Mechanical or technical aptitude Ability to read schematics or mechanical drawings Experience working with tools or testing equipment Familiarity with quality systems or regulated manufacturing environments If you don't meet every qualification but have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
