Thermacell is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Forkift Operator. The Manufacturing Forklift Operator is responsible for performing an array of duties such pulling material for production lines, as well as receiving and processing incoming orders, picking, and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or running production lines. This role will be reporting to the 1st Shift Production Supervisor.STATUS:

7:00 am- 3:30 pm M-F (extended hours during busy season and occasional Saturdays)

3157 Buford Highway, Buford, GA 30518 Please note: This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future. Candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures production workorders are pulled timely & accurately against BOM's through RF Scan Gun Process Completes put-a-way of material physically & systematically from line clearance efficiently and verifies quantities & SKU's to uphold quality & accuracy Focused on quality when wrapping pallets: ensures completed production pallets are shrink-wrap & labeled accurately Follows put-a-way procedure of completed production pallets Ensure adherence to manufacturing key performance indicators Production assembly operations Ability to perform change overs and make process adjustments Meet Thermacell productivity and quality standards. Maintain clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Adherence to established safety policies and procedures. Unloading, palletizing, receiving, checking, locating, picking, packing, manifesting, or loading, or other warehouse-related tasks as assigned. Responsible for ensuring quantity of product is restocked to full bin levels at the end of each shift. Works independently to pick, pack, and prepare order shipment while meeting & exceeding KPI's Demonstrates and promotes quality values throughout the department. Closely adheres to all operating procedures. Use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders, move and maintain inventory accuracy, and receive raw materials. Meets company productivity and quality standards. Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Loads and unloads trucks & verifies paperwork/BOL's before and after. Stacks and arranges products. Unloads containers Fills customers' orders according to specifications. Wraps/packs orders for shipping. Completes cycle counts through SmartCount Process Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Demonstrates and adapts to changing priorities & where additional support is needed to meet overall company goals- IE operating manufacturing lines, manually packing out displays, assisting in DTC, blending etc.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary and an Annual Target Bonus and Quarterly Incentive Bonus opportunity- details provided separately.

Requirements:

Ability to manage and deliver multiple simultaneous priorities Strong collaboration skills Impeccable attention to detail 1-3-year warehousing or similar experience preferred Forklift Operator Experience required. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
