Key Duties & Responsibilities Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early career Manufacturing Lead to support the Vehicle Integration Team in Courtland, AL! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives "scrubbing" of the plan
• Seeks technical guidance from the team and leads decision process
• Drives reviews / refinement of the schedule
• Continually performs contingency planning; seeking more advice/guidance
• Ensures effective communication to team members
• Provides status updates via reports utilizing data (earned value, reports status) Desired skills
• Experience in High Rate Production Manufacturing
• Strong Verbal and Written Skills
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software
• Experience with critical path methodology
• Knowledge of Schedule Performance and Earned Value Management

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
