Pay:
Earn $25 - $32+ per hour $25 - $32 per hour , based on skills & experience Shift differential of $1.00 per hour more for night shift Why Work Here? Stable Job with a Recession-Resilient Company Clean & Climate-Controlled Work Environment Solid TPM Program (Total Productive Maintenance) What You Will Do Preventative maintenance Repair machine & manufacturing equipment Changeovers Complete trainings & earn certifications What You Need High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 3 or more years of experience maintaining manufacturing machines & equipment (engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, etc.). Experience with Nissei equipment Solid hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical working knowledge Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability Ability to read & interpret technical & operational documents (manuals, blueprints, schematics) Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
