At Beverage Visions we work with our customers to provide solutions from concept development through full scale production. Our customers are found to range from start-up businesses seeking to develop and launch new product concepts to larger brands and private label clients seeking to capitalize on consumer trends towards healthy and organic products. The growth in the aseptic packaging market is being driven by a shift in consumer preferences toward organic and natural food and beverages that require sterile, preservative-free aseptic packaging to which we are a solution. Essential Duties/Responsibilities This position is responsible for all maintaining all equipment within the facility, this includes but is not limited to the following: boiler(s), cooling tower(s), refrigeration system(s), pump(s) (Positive Displacement PD, Centrifugal, Diaphragm, hydraulic), valve(s) (Mix Proof Valve (MPV), divert valve, butterfly valve, ball valve), motor(s), Variable Frequency Drive(s) (VFD), belt(s), gearbox(s), Human Machine Interface(s) (HMI), filler(s), mixer(s), conveyer belt(s), capper(s), PLC(s) Calibration of equipment within the facility, this includes but is not limited to the following: Remote Thermal Device(s) (RTD), Pressure Transmitter(s), Flow Meter(s), Densitometer(s) Record all maintenance activities through either digital or handwritten logs Perform basic sanitation needs after maintaining equipment Perform in-depth troubleshooting of all equipment within the facility, through research with equipment manufacturers, past experience, or operations manuals Perform in-depth maintenance of all equipment within the facility, this includes but is not limited to the following: rebuilding pump(s), replacing seal(s), rebuilding valve(s), complete equipment tear-down and rebuild Comply with all plant quality and operational safety policies, which includes but is not limited to GMPs, SSOPs, SOPs, PPE Perform all other duties as assigned by plant management
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
The following list of certificates/licenses/registrations is preferred while others are required. Industrial Maintenance Certification
  • Preferred Equipment Specific Calibration Certificate
  • Preferred Confined Space Certification
  • Preferred HACCP
  • Preferred SQF

Physical Demands:
Employees must be able to perform the following physical demands to successfully perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job. The employee with regularly be required to stand, walk, reach with their arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear. Employees will frequently be required to handle, install, position, or move materials/equipment. Employees will also be required to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without "giving out" or fatiguing. Employees must be able to frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Employees will be exposed to multiple temperature environments ranging from 34
  • 100°F.
Noise levels can be moderate to high in these environments as well. Employees will also be in the same room as pipes that will be hot (> 100°F), and carrying cleaning chemicals (caustics and acids).
