Thrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Operations Support professionals in Santa Rosa, California. As a Manufacturing Operations Support team member, you will: Manufacture and support the production of thin film circuits Work in fabrication, test, or separation departments as assigned Handle delicate and sensitive materials in circuit and substrate form Operate manufacturing equipment such as: Masking equipment Etching tools Bonding equipment Probe stations Microscopes abd camera systems for setup and visual verification Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency Follow strict quality standards, processes, and work instructions Work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, and other operators Maintain compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and safety requirements This is a full-time opportunity.

Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30

PM Swing Shift:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM The ideal candidate will have: Ability to work in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment Strong hand-eye coordination for precision handling of small and delicate components High attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards Proficient computer skills for documentation and system use Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based environment

Pay Rate:

$26.00 - $26.98 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
