Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Saw Operator / Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently fabricating quality cut-down products to meet customer demand. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are safety-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities Operate saw machines safely and efficiently Monitor strip and chip quality throughout production Perform quality checks on finished products Assist in resolving production and quality issues Complete daily machine maintenance and operator care Support production size and packaging changeovers Provide relief support for other positions during breaks Assist with water treatment systems as directed Help in other production areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or ceramics experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
