We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer Team Lead who is excited to lead, learn, and help shape a safer, more efficient, and more innovative manufacturing environment. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and people-focused guidance for a team of Manufacturing Process Engineers supporting our EA Tubes business. You'll play a meaningful role in improving product quality, strengthening process stability, developing engineering talent, and supporting the plant's ability to grow and adapt for the future. Job Description Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with QA, AME, and Engineering teams Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production. Resolve manufacturing issues related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design Provide inputs into DFM for new product introductions through process design, tool development, and new equipment Drive better business decisions through process data and controls Monitor and improve productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner Lead compliance efforts in support of plant goals. Provide team coaching on compliance documentation Driving Lean Six Sigma implementation Provide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Assure that corrective and preventive actions are taken to resolve observed safety concerns in all areas Be aware of, comply with, and provide input on the Quality Management System Required Qualifications B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical degree and 3 years of experience, or an Associates Degree and 6 years experience in production or engineering Good analytical, planning, interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications M.S. Degree in Engineering or Business Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity Previous people leadership and/or program management experience You don't need to meet every preferred qualification to apply.
