Position Overview:

Join our Corporate Technology Center prototype services team as a Manufacturing & Process Technician I, specializing in 3D Printing. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality 3D printing services to internal customers, striving for excellence in speed, reliability, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to daily operations within the Corporate Technology Center's prototype services team. Deliver outstanding 3D printing services, ensuring speed, quality, and reliability for internal customers. Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain control over manufacturing processes and tolerances. Operate, set-up, change over, and manage efficient material flow throughout all stages of additive manufacturing (AM) and post-processing with limited supervision. Perform process and chemical control tasks on AM-related machinery, adhering strictly to approved procedures and work instructions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with senior team members and engineers. Communicate regularly with internal customers to clarify design objectives, acceptance criteria, and timelines. Ensure compliance with established specifications, environmental health and safety (EH&S) policies, and all customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing operations environment. High school diploma or local equivalent (required). Eagerness and ability to learn new additive manufacturing technologies. Experience with CAD software (Spaceclaim preferred). Basic understanding of additive and traditional manufacturing processes, including set-up, changeover, material flow, and troubleshooting. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
