Job Description

Job Title:
Manufacturing, Shipping & Inventory Coordinator Job Summary The Manufacturing, Shipping & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role helps ensure products are manufactured efficiently, shipped on time, and inventory levels are properly managed to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Support Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities. Monitor production schedules and help ensure deadlines are met. Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures. Prepare materials and supplies needed for production. Report equipment, production, or quality issues to supervisors. Shipping & Receiving Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation. Load, unload, and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage. Work with carriers and vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups. Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Organize warehouse and storage areas for efficiency and safety. Monitor inventory shortages and reorder materials as needed. Update inventory data in warehouse or ERP systems. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or inventory roles preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills & Competencies Time management and multitasking Inventory tracking and recordkeeping Shipping and receiving procedures Communication and teamwork Problem-solving abilities Basic math and reporting skills Work Environment Manufacturing facility and warehouse setting. Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials. May require overtime or flexible scheduling depending on production needs. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
