Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT/OT, or a similar role. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, SCADA).
