Mon-Thursday, 6a-4:30p, and Friday 6:00a- 2:30p
- $21/hour!
Responsibilities:
- Build assemblies and systems by providing manufacturing support as schedule dictates.
- Evaluate, during the assembly process, standard components and special ordered parts for fitness of use. Report discrepancies using Quality system.
- Responsible for the proper usage of all departmental equipment and tools.
- Responsible for usage and disposition of all materials used in production.
- Work under reduced supervision completing assignments and meeting project specific requirements.
- Complete all departmental Technical Training programs, including Automation Qualification requirements, and all associated safety training.
- Package automation equipment for safe transport to customer sites.
- Support prototype builds and manufacturing of automation systems. ...
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical components as needed. Automation Assembly & Testing
- Assist in building, assembling, and testing automation components and sub-assemblies.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine processes and improve efficiency.
Working hours:
6:00 AM- 4:30
PM Skills:
- Technical & Mechanical Aptitude
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to assemble and troubleshoot automation components.
- Blueprint & Schematic Reading
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on Assembly & Fabrication
- Proficiency in assembling, testing, and repairing automation equipment and sub-assemblies.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and inventory-related issues efficiently.

Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required for all roles.
- 6 Months to 2 Years of Relevant Experience / Experience in manufacturing, assembly, inventory control, or logistics.
- Mechanical & Electrical Aptitude / Basic understanding of mechanical components, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to Read Blueprints & Schematics / Understanding of technical drawings for assembly and wiring.
- Basic Hand & Power Tool Proficiency / Comfort using tools for assembly, fabrication, and repair.
- Physical Requirements / Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.
- Attention to Detail / Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality control.
- Team-Oriented Mindset / Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
