Responsibilities Operate and maintain assembly line equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to support production goals. Assist with the assembly of products by following detailed instructions and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to identify issues early and coordinate repairs or adjustments as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to manufacturing safety standards. Collaborate with team members on process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments. Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is essential. . Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.
