Position Description Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products. Job Responsibilities

• Maintains structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment
• Performs various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
• Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis in order to perform process or equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification
• Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to operate forklift
