Manufacturing Technician

Additive Manufacturing Technician supports prototype services operations through 3D printing setup, machine operation, material handling, post-processing, and production troubleshooting. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience, including machine operation, setup, and changeover Direct experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing, or strong related exposure with ability to ramp quickly Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality and tolerance standards Basic CAD experience with SpaceClaim or similar software Troubleshooting experience in a production environment Preferred Skills Experience supporting prototype or prototype services operations Experience managing material flow in a manufacturing environment Experience performing post-processing on additively manufactured parts Experience working with engineers or internal customers on design requirements and production timing Experience maintaining safety and operational compliance in a manufacturing setting Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations within a prototype services team Set up and operate additive manufacturing equipment Manage material flow for prototype production Perform post-processing on printed parts Follow established procedures and quality standards Work with internal customers to understand design requirements and timelines Troubleshoot production issues Maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines
