• as needed May include: o Extended weekday hour so Occasional weekend work Key Responsibilities Perform manual labor related to hazardous/explosive waste processing Support thermal treatment of explosive materials and post-treatment cleanup Handle highly regulated processes with strict adherence to documentation and paperwork Maintain strong attention to detail for compliance and safety procedures Work primarily outdoors in extreme temperatures

Required Experience & Skills Must-Have:

Willingness to perform heavy manual labor daily Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat (up to ~120°F) Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and compliance Ability to pass ATF background check for explosives

Preferred :

Forklift experience (not mandatory)

Education Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED Work Environment 90% outdoor work in extreme heat (up to ~120°F) Facility handles explosive hazardous materials Highly regulated, compliance-driven environment Safety Requirements Must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance (employee possessor of explosives). Clearance is required due to the handling of explosive materials and is processed through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) after onboarding. Reference ATF Form 5400.28, which is used to determine the eligibility of an employee possessor to engage in certain explosives operations.
