Manufacturing Technician III

Johnson Service Group is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II/III to support production operations in a regulated ISO 13485 and cGMP environment. Swing Shift | Onsite| $21.00 - $27.00 per hour | Contract to Hire Responsibilities and Duties Execute manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP, GDP, and

ISO 13485

standards Perform documentation (execution + review) related to manufacturing activities Conduct visual inspection of products and packaging (including lyophilized materials) Operate and monitor production equipment (pipettes, balances, pH meters, heat sealers, automated machinery) Perform basic calculations and unit conversions (volumes, concentrations, measurements) Clean and sanitize manufacturing and support areas Monitor equipment performance and escalate alarms or issues Support Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives Assist with training new team members Contribute to SOP updates, NCRs, and risk assessments Manage materials and transactions in NetSuite (issuing, completing, closing work orders) Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations Requirements Experience working in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and written instructions Solid communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding of chemical/biological safety practices Experience with formulation, filling, kitting, or packaging operations is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing production needs Qualifications Manufacturing Technician II Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field + 1+ year of cGMP experience, OR Associate's degree + 2+ years of related experience, OR High school diploma + 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience Manufacturing Technician III Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) in a related field + 2+ years of cGMP experience, OR Associate's degree + 3+ years of experience, OR High school diploma + 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience #
