We are looking for a Part-Time Welding Instructor to deliver engaging, hands-on instruction and support students as they build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the industry. Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Welding program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education. The primary responsibility will be to teach Welding courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

PT Schedule:

Full-time = Monday

• Thursday, 8am to 7pm Part-time days = Monday
• Thursday, 8am to 1pm Part-time afternoons = Monday
• Thursday, 2pm to 7pm Requirements Completion of a welding program resulting in a certificate of completion or diploma

Certification:

Certified Welder

• required Certified Welding Educator
• highly desired but not required At least three years of experience as a Certified Welder Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
