Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for working and executing various tasks in the department Supervisor or Lead will assign work duties for the day Follows safety guidelines and work process procedures. Interprets paperwork, build tickets, product labels, etc. (as needed) Learns the product depending on assigned job - (Door styles, Face Frames, Moldings, cabinet parts, etc.) while leaning on knowledge of various wood types: Maple, Hickory, Cherry, Oak, MDF, Particleboard, etc. Operate all assigned equipment in all areas Temporarily covers positions, and typically pick up shifts as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be proficient in reading a tape measure. Knowledge of all jobs in the work area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter who works well under pressure and can follow a list of daily work assignments. Possesses a willingness to learn new ways to enhance productivity. Must be team oriented, interactive, and possess strong communication skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks. Organization and planning
