Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems across diverse projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Installer will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of installations on commercial and residential sites. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, glass, and other building components using hand tools and power tools. Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry, plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation as needed. Conduct carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, door hanging, and roofing. Operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling. Ensure proper caulking, sealing, and restoration work to meet quality standards. Coordinate with project management on construction estimating and management activities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in remodeling projects and perform general construction site duties including demolition and preparation work. Experience Proven experience in construction installation roles with knowledge of various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, or carpentry. Familiarity with construction management practices including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of construction site safety standards and inspection procedures. Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is highly desirable. Prior experience with tile laying, concrete finishing, drywall installation (including plastering), fixture installation (such as lighting or appliances), and restoration work is advantageous. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
