road cases for production and audio/visual (AV) companies. We do not mass-produce these cases; they are built to order and require high attention to detail . You will be a part of our Exterior Builder/Fabrication department, within a manufacturing/warehouse environment. This department is responsible for reading blueprints accurately . This involves cutting extrusions to length, installing hardware, using a drill and rivet gun; and ensuring all standards for production are followed. • Construction of case by fitting extrusions using a rivet gun and drill. Installing hardware using a rivet gun (handles, latches, corners). Working together as a team to accomplish daily goals. Laying out/examining hardware to be used to ensure specifications are met. Lift and/or move heavy materials and/or finished products using carts and other equipment
• must be able to lift 75+ lbs. without assistance at times. Notifying management of low quantities of materials. Keeping the work area clean and always organized. Completing fabrication within a given time frame. Set up and operate fabricating tools and equipment including
• chop saws, drills, grinders, sanders, etc.

Verifying road case is accurate by measuring completed cases for quality control. Using proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) throughout your workday. This includes (but is not limited to) safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, facemasks, earplugs, etc. You will need to think ahead about how the case should be built within the time allowed, to make the most of your time, within a given deadline. Qualifications

• 2+ Years with similar experience (manufacturing, assembly, construction, etc.

). Ability to accurately use a tape measure. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Very high attention to detail!! Ability to ask questions during construction to ensure product is manufactured correctly. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, and within a group/team setting (cases must be completed within a given time frame). Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Understanding batch production and custom manufacturing is a PLUS! Proper and safe use of tools and the ability to follow and maintain a safe working environment. Materials Used

Hardware Tools used:

pneumatic rivet guns, drills, impact guns, and various other powered and manual hand tools, as needed. Routers, Band Saw, Table Saw Chop Saw, Grinders, Sanders
