Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Refinisher / Installer to join our crew and help transform our clients' homes.
Position Overview:
As a Cabinet Refinisher / Installer, you'll be responsible for updating cabinets by applying veneer sheets to cabinet faces, replacing doors and drawers, and installing accessories such as lazy susans, pull-out shelves, and organizers. This position requires previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, and remodeling.
Responsibilities:
Apply veneer sheets to cabinet faces with precision and attention to detail Replace and install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts Install cabinet accessories (lazy susans, pull-out shelves, organizers, etc.) Perform minor carpentry and adjustments for proper fit and function Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Communicate professionally with homeowners and ensure customer satisfaction Follow company procedures and deliver high-quality results
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or remodeling (required) Ability to measure, cut, and apply veneer accurately Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied positions (standing, bending, kneeling) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop is required. Take home vehicle & trailer available to the right candidate Dependable, hardworking, and a positive team player
