We're a small, family-owned company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and quality — and we're growing. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to assist our installation crew on job sites. No cabinet installation experience is required. If you have a background in construction, remodeling, carpentry, handyman work, moving, delivery, or simply enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to talk with you. This position may start part-time and has the potential to grow into a full-time role depending on the candidate and workload. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with cabinet and millwork installations Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites Help position, level, and secure cabinetry during installation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on-site Assist with trim, hardware, and finishing details as directed Communicate professionally with team members, contractors, and homeowners Help troubleshoot and complete punch-list items as needed Qualifications Experience with basic construction or hand tools (drills, levels, tape measures, etc.) Ability to accurately read a tape measure Dependable, punctual, and a team player Ability to lift and carry cabinets, materials, and tools safely Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Skills can be taught. We're ultimately looking for someone with good character, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in quality craftsmanship.
