We're a small, family-owned shop built on craftsmanship, integrity, and quality — and we're growing. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our shop. No cabinet experience required. If you have a background in construction, woodworking, carpentry, remodeling, furniture assembly, or just genuinely enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to talk with you. This position may start part-time and has the potential to grow into a full-time role depending on the candidate and workload. Responsibilities Cabinet assembly and edge banding Sanding and finishing preparation Hardware installation Material handling and shop organization Loading and jobsite deliveries as needed Assisting with custom fabrication projects Qualifications Experience with basic construction, woodworking, or carpentry tools (cordless drills, nail guns, measuring tools) Ability to read a tape measure accurately Dependable, punctual, and a team player Ability to lift materials and work safely in a shop environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Skills can be taught. We're ultimately looking for someone with good character, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in the craft.
