Full-Time About Us Authentic Cabinetry is a custom cabinetry and millwork company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in high-quality custom cabinetry, built-ins, kitchens, vanities, closets, and architectural millwork. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our growing team. Position Overview The Cabinet Maker / Installer will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and millwork. This position requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team, designers, contractors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate has experience in both shop fabrication and field installation and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components Operate woodworking equipment and power tools safely and efficiently Install cabinetry, trim, moldings, panels, hardware, and related millwork on-site Measure and verify project dimensions before fabrication and installation Ensure projects are completed accurately and according to company quality standards Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and customers during installations Troubleshoot installation issues and identify practical solutions in the field Maintain a clean and organized work area in both the shop and job sites Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cabinet making, woodworking, finish carpentry, or cabinet installation Ability to read shop drawings and construction plans Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and installation methods Experience using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools Ability to lift and move materials safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent work ethic and reliability Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom residential cabinetry Experience working with designers, architects, and contractors Finish carpentry experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and vacation (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a growing custom cabinetry business Supportive team environment focused on craftsmanship and quality How to Apply Please submit your resume, work history, and photos of completed projects (if available).
