Job Description We are a fast-paced general contracting company specializing in apartment renovations and unit turns across the Bay Area. We are looking for experienced, self-sufficient technicians who can complete scopes without hand-holding and take pride in clean, professional work. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for producers, not helpers. What You'll Be Doing Drywall repair, patching, and texture matching Finish carpentry (baseboards, door trim, adjustments) Cabinet hardware install (hinges, pulls, adjustments) Basic appliance installs Bathroom finish work (mirrors, accessories) Punch list completion with minimal supervision What We Expect Ability to complete punch scopes independently Strong attention to detail and clean finish work Consistent production without sacrificing quality Clear communication with Project Managers Respect for occupied properties and tenants Minimum Requirements 3+ years hands-on experience in apartment renovations or similar work Reliable transportation Ability to work Monday-Friday, full-time This Role Is Not For You If You need constant supervision or direction You do not have your own tools You have only done light handyman or helper work You cannot complete punch lists on your own You struggle with consistency, cleanliness, or communication Why Work With Us Steady, consistent work High-performing team with clear expectations Opportunity to grow into Lead or Project Team Lead roles Full benefits package: 401(k) with 4% match Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid sick time Professional development Apply Here Only qualified candidates should apply.
