This role involves installing a variety of custom cabinet, built-ins, and millwork across commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine carpentry, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience reading schematics and blueprints. We service Orange County & Los Angeles County. The Installer will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Skills/Requirements 3 Years minimum experience in cabinet making & installation. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work. Posses a high level of integrity, professionalism, honesty, and work ethic. Proficiency in blueprint reading, build and install from shop drawings and AutoCAD blueprints. Must be able to take direction and work independently. Knowledge/experience with woodworking machinery & tools (table saw, impact, drill, etc.) Willing to work some Saturdays. Must have high end residential experience (photos of past jobs will help) Commitment to maintaining safety standards & policies. Self sufficient with own tools and vehicle. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Effective communication skills with team members. Prior experience in construction site environments is highly preferred. Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time.
