In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and furniture pieces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and furniture Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery as needed Fabricate custom components through woodworking, metalworking, or other fabrication techniques Perform precise trim carpentry including door hanging, fixture installation, and finishing touches Ensure all cabinetry meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications through quality control checks Assist with construction estimating for projects involving cabinetry installation or remodeling tasks Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high craftsmanship standards Requirements Proven experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and CNC machinery for fabrication Knowledge of construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry or plastering is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or workshop environments Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of site safety protocols and building codes Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration or mold remediation is advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards Join us to craft exceptional cabinetry that transforms spaces!
