We've been in construction for 20+ years, primarily focused on large-scale apartment projects. We're now shifting into fully custom residential work, where quality, detail, and craftsmanship matter. Instead of outsourcing cabinets, we're building our own shop and looking for the right person to take ownership of it with us. This is not a typical job. This is an opportunity to help build and run a cabinetry operation with long-term upside. What's in place: Dedicated shop space + equipment Consistent pipeline of custom home projects Established construction company backing the operation Profit sharing, with potential equity for the right fit What we're looking for: Strong background in custom cabinetry (not just install) Ability to build from plans and think through details independently Pride in fit, finish, and craftsmanship Experience running jobs or interest in leading a shop Someone thinking long-term, ownership mindset We're not looking for volume work or shortcuts. We're building a high-quality product for custom homes and want someone who takes that seriously.
