In this pivotal role, you will oversee the fabrication and installation of custom cabinets, ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion. As a leader on the shop floor and on-site, you will coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise in carpentry and construction will drive the success of our projects, inspiring your team to excel while maintaining safety standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities Lead and supervise cabinet fabrication, assembly, and installation processes with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to craft high-quality cabinetry and related fixtures Coordinate with project managers to plan work schedules, material procurement, and workflow for multiple projects Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards in both manufacturing settings and construction sites Oversee quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain top-tier craftsmanship Assist in estimating construction costs related to cabinetry installation and fabrication tasks Skills Extensive experience in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, and siding installation Proficiency with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings specific to cabinetry and construction projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating, remodeling techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, roofing, plastering, stucco application, concrete forming, rebar installation, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and restoration industry practices Skilled in using hand tools such as chisels, saws; power tools including drills and sanders; CNC machinery; as well as specialized fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency on construction sites or manufacturing facilities Experience with fixture installation—including cabinetry hardware—and caulking for finishing touches Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and metal stud framing techniques is a plus Demonstrated handyman skills across various trades such as electrical work or plumbing within construction or renovation projects Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems relevant to cabinetry or building components Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
