$32.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and ability Full-time | Monday-Friday Ardmore Woodworks Inc. is a high-end custom cabinet shop serving luxury residential projects throughout the South Bay, Long Beach, Orange County, and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Lead Custom Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter who takes pride in clean, precise work and understands the level of detail required in custom residential cabinetry. This is not a general labor position. We need someone who can walk into a high-end home, read plans, protect the jobsite, install accurately, communicate clearly, and leave the work area clean at the end of the day. Responsibilities Install custom kitchens, vanities, closets, built-ins, wall panels, floating shelves, appliance panels, crown, fillers, scribes, toe kicks, and finished trim. Read shop drawings and elevations accurately. Set, level, scribe, align, and adjust cabinets to a high-end finish standard. Install doors, drawer fronts, panels, hardware, drawer boxes, and accessories. Protect floors, countertops, appliances, and surrounding finishes before starting work. Identify field issues early and communicate them before making costly mistakes. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout the installation. Work independently when needed and help lead other installers on larger projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years of cabinet installation or high-end finish carpentry experience preferred. Strong experience with custom cabinetry and residential installation. Must be comfortable with scribes, fillers, finished panels, crown, appliance panels, and detailed trim work. Must own basic installation tools. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and respectful in clients' homes. Must be able to communicate clearly with the owner and crew. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Competitive pay based on skill and leadership ability: $32.00-$40.00 per hour.
