The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen cabinetry, remodeling, construction materials, or interior design sales. This role involves helping homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders select cabinetry solutions while managing projects from consultation to order completion. Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting kitchen cabinets, colors, finishes, hardware, and layouts Generate and follow up on sales leads Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders Coordinate project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules Maintain showroom appearance and product displays Provide excellent customer service before and after sales Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets Stay updated on cabinet trends, materials, and product knowledge Qualifications Previous experience in kitchen cabinet, flooring, construction material, or home remodeling sales preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read basic floor plans and kitchen layouts Experience with 2020 Design or cabinet design software is a plus Self-motivated with strong closing skills Organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission High earning potential Paid training Career growth opportunities Employee discounts Flexible schedule available About Us We specialize in high-quality kitchen cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and remodeling products for residential and commercial projects.
