Custom Cabinet Drafter / Draftsman - Cabinet Vision Required Westwood Design, Inc San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time $40 - $50 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Millwork Manufacturing Drafting Full Job Description Westwood Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cabinet Drafter / Draftsman to join our growing team. We are a custom cabinet and woodworking shop focused on high-quality craftsmanship, detailed production drawings, and efficient project execution. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room for professional growth and increased responsibility over time.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years drafting experience preferred Strong experience with Cabinet Vision and CabinetWare Experience creating detailed shop drawings and production-ready plans Understanding of custom cabinetry construction and manufacturing processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively with shop and field teams Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in custom residential cabinetry and millwork CNC/programming knowledge is a plus Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Interest in contributing to process improvement and company growth
