Overview:

Are you an experienced Cabinet Installer? Do you possess a strong attention for detail and take pride in your work? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our Cabinet Installation team. As a Cabinet Installer, you will install premium custom cabinetry at an exceptional level in luxury homes across Orange County and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute accurate installations Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects Install fixtures such as doors, drawers, hardware, trim, molding, and other cabinet components with meticulous attention to detail Perform framing, metal stud work, and drywall adjustments as needed for seamless cabinet integration Conduct site evaluations to assess space dimensions and prepare surfaces for installation or restoration work Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site challenges

Qualifications:

Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinet installation or related construction trades such as trim carpentry or framing Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry projects Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers), power tools (drills, drivers), and fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of building codes and industry standards Knowledge of various materials, including woodwork, metal studs, drywall, stucco, siding or masonry is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients Join our team as an Installer and contribute to the creation of high-quality products in a dynamic work environment.
