Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, bringing functional beauty to spaces through expert installation techniques. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Use hand tools and power tools to accurately perform installations on-site Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure precise placement Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules Perform heavy lifting of cabinetry and materials safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure proper fit, finish, and alignment Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry fields such as trim carpentry or framing carpentry Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy lifting equipment Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, or restoration industry projects is a plus Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in various materials including wood, metal, stucco, siding, and drywall Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred Join our team to build beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
