Job Description
Job Overview Looking for a finish carpenter and custom cabinetry maker for a residential project in Boulder. Someone who has attention to detail and can be relied upon to complete the work in a timely manner would be a good fit. Must have own tools to complete the job. Will be time + materials, working off of an estimated scope of work. Duties Build and install custom cabinetry for a bathroom, entry coat closet, and dining credenza to client specifications. Experience Proven experience in residential finish carpentry and custom cabinetry installation within the construction or restoration industry Strong background in trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and woodworking techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic-based fabrication processes Hands-on experience with construction estimating, framing (including metal studs), concrete forming, masonry or roofing is a plus Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, tile laying, flooring installation or siding enhances versatility on diverse projects Previous work on restoration projects involving water damage repair or mold remediation is highly valued Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship I would love to hear more about your work and why you might be a good fit for this job.
