Cabinet Installer Commerce City, CO 80022 $27.41 - $33.60 an hour - Full-time $27.41 - $33.60 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead Custom Cabinet Installer and play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Verified experience and references are required. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, fixtures, and related millwork in residential, commercial, or renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and precision, contributing to beautiful, functional environments for our clients. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install cabinets and fixtures according to project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and secure cabinetry components efficiently. Install various types of cabinetry including base cabinets, wall units, and custom millwork with precision and care. Conduct site inspections during installation to ensure structural integrity, alignment, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to schedule installations and resolve on-site issues promptly. Operate heavy equipment as needed for material handling or site preparation. Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, trimming, sealing, and touch-up painting to achieve a polished look. Assist with other construction-related tasks like drywall finishing, flooring installation, or masonry work when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within construction or remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to cabinetry and millwork. Familiarity with construction management principles including scheduling and coordination on job sites. Hands-on experience with construction estimating and inspection processes is highly desirable. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, clamps; as well as power tools like routers and sanders. Experience working on construction sites involving plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, or concrete finishing is advantageous. Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for material movement or site prep.
