Our company has experienced significant growth, and the volume of incoming work now exceeds what one person can effectively manage alone. We are looking for a motivated, skilled professional who can take ownership of projects, maintain quality standards, and help us continue delivering exceptional results to our clients. About Us New Beginnings Home Solutions specializes in: Full Kitchen Remodels Bathroom Renovations Basement Finishes Structural Repairs & Beam Replacements Deck Construction Additions Foundation & Waterproofing Projects General Residential Remodeling Skid Steer & Excavation Services Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, honesty, communication, and attention to detail. Position Responsibilities The Lead Installer will be expected to: Lead projects from start to finish Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work Manage laborers and subcontractors on-site Coordinate material deliveries and project scheduling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners Solve problems independently in the field Perform high-quality finish work while maintaining production schedules Document project progress with photos and updates Ensure all work meets company quality standards Required Experience Applicants should have experience in: Framing Drywall Trim & Finish Carpentry Flooring Tile Installation Cabinet Installation Window & Door Installation Deck Construction Structural Modifications General Remodeling Additional experience with plumbing, electrical coordination, excavation, or project management is highly valued.
